About Toon In Your Career

Toon In Your Career is a program I created to help people use effective communication and leadership skills to transform job dissatisfaction into career fulfillment.  At the heart of nearly every business challenge is the need for better communication and leadership. From managers delivering difficult news to coworkers balking at new projects or butting heads with team members, communicating effectively is key. With Toon In Your Career, I teach proven communication and leadership techniques through the lens of original and beloved cartoon characters. 

Steven is a master at using props, costumes, and the element of surprise to really capture and keep the audience's attention. He creates unforgettable images to reinforce the lessons.
